Information we collect.

Server Administrator Data

When you set up RVN Shield, we collect:

• Your Discord username and ID (for authentication and support)
• Your server ID, server name, and server region
• License key and billing information
• IP address and connection metadata
• Configuration preferences and admin settings

Game Behavior & Detection Logs

RVN Shield monitors player behavior patterns to identify cheating and exploits:

• Movement data: Speed anomalies, impossible trajectories, teleportation attempts
• Combat patterns: Unrealistic accuracy, reaction times, targeting behavior
• Resource usage: Abnormal script execution, memory patterns, network requests
• Detection events: Timestamps, cheat type detected, confidence scores

Critical: We do NOT collect personal information about players (real names, emails, IP addresses, etc.). We only track behavioral patterns and game events.

Usage Analytics

We collect aggregated, non-identifying data:

• Server uptime and performance metrics
• Number of active players and detection event frequency
• Feature usage and dashboard interactions
• Aggregate statistics for product improvement

If you contact us for support, we collect:

Cheat Detection & Prevention

Game behavior data powers our anti-cheat detection engine. We analyze patterns in real time to identify and log cheating attempts on your server.

• Deploy and maintain Shield on your server
• Process license validation and billing
• Authenticate you in the dashboard and console
• Monitor service availability and performance

Product Improvement

Security & Compliance

• Detect fraud or abuse of our service

Communication

How long we keep your data.

Active Service Data

While your license is active, we retain:

• Server configuration and admin credentials (indefinitely while licensed)
• Detection logs and cheat events (90 days for dashboard review)
• Performance metrics and analytics (6 months)

After Cancellation

When you cancel your license:

• We keep server data and detection history for 30 days (for dispute resolution)
• Billing records are retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
• All other data is securely deleted after 30 days

Aggregated Data

We retain anonymized, aggregated statistics indefinitely for statistical and research purposes. This data cannot be traced back to your server.

How we protect your data.

RVN Shield employs industry-standard security measures:

• Encryption in transit: All data is encrypted with TLS 1.3 or higher
• Encryption at rest: Server data and detection logs are encrypted in our database
• Access controls: Only authorized personnel can access your data, with role-based permissions
• Authentication: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) available for sensitive operations

Third-party services we use.

Discord Integration

Shield can send alerts and notifications to Discord webhooks. Discord processes the message data according to its Privacy Policy. We do not store message content after sending.

Your control: You configure which events trigger Discord notifications and can disable this feature anytime.

Payment Processing

Billing and license purchases are processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store credit card details—the processor handles all sensitive payment data.

Infrastructure & Hosting

RVN Shield operates on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption, redundancy, and DDoS protection. Your data is geographically distributed for reliability.

Analytics (Optional)

If enabled, we may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand feature usage and identify bugs. These tools are configured to avoid collecting personal data.

We do not: Sell your data to third parties, share data with advertisers, or use your data for marketing purposes unrelated to our service.

Request corrections to inaccurate information. You can update your server name, region, and contact details directly in the RVN Shield dashboard.

Delete Your Data

Request deletion of your data after license cancellation. We will securely delete all records within 30 days, except billing records (required by law for 7 years).

Restrict Processing

Request that we limit how we use your data while you retain your license (e.g., opt out of certain analytics).

Data Portability

Request your data in a structured, portable format for transfer to another service.

Children's privacy.

RVN Shield is intended for server administrators (adults) only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected data from a child, contact us immediately at contato@synq.solutions and we will delete it.

Note: RVN Shield runs on game servers; players may include minors. We do not collect personal data from players—only behavioral game data—so this policy does not apply to player participation.

International data transfers.

RVN Shield operates globally. Your data may be processed and stored in different countries depending on our infrastructure location.

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions with strict data protection laws (like GDPR), we ensure:

• Your data is protected under equivalent safeguards
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are in place for international transfers
• You have the same rights as outlined in this policy
